With a strategic focus on maximizing investment value, Salafia has deployed over $250 million and successfully raised more than $150 million in private equity in 2023 alone. Prior to launching STAX Real Estate LLC, Salafia distinguished himself as an award-winning member of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and National Net Leased Properties Group. Salafia holds an MBA from Northeastern University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Finance at NEU and Babson College. He further enriched his knowledge through post-graduate workshops at Sloan MIT.
