#338 - Purpose - Driven Property: Ian Weiner on Leading with Vision & Impact

As PEBB's top executive, Ian is at the helm of the company's vast portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of office and retail space in Florida, Texas, Nevada, New York, and numerous Midwest and Southeast states. He oversees a dedicated team of in-house employees and many third-party service providers around the country. Since Ian assumed the role of President and CEO in 2015, PEBB has boldly ventured into new markets while significantly expanding its presence in the company's home base of South Florida.

Internally, Ian is a driving force in creating and advancing a corporate culture emphasizing collaboration, open dialogue at all levels of the company and a shared entrepreneurial spirit. He has implemented a companywide philanthropic platform to promote corporate citizenship and help those who need it most. Under Ian's thoughtful leadership, PEBB was nationally recognized by GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum as a 2021 "Best Places to Work" honoree.

Ian's industry and business involvement includes active roles with Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), the Palm Beach chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Leadership Council of AIPAC's (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) Real Estate Division. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Juris Doctorate from Cardoza Law School.
