His professional journey began with a successful career in Public Relations and Corporate Branding, honing his skills in communication and strategic planning. In 2017, Josh transitioned into the South Florida Business Brokerage Market, quickly establishing himself as a formidable force. In his inaugural year in the business brokage industry, Josh accomplished an impressive feat, closing a total of 14 deals. Recognized for his exceptional talents, Josh spent seven years at Transworld, where he consistently ranked among the top business brokers. Driven by his passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to create a unique footprint in the industry, Josh founded Business Exit Advisors. His vision is to provide unparalleled expertise and personalized service to clients, ensuring their success in exiting or acquiring a business.


Kye Akavia is a business broker and restaurant consultant who helps entrepreneurs optimize, scale, and sell their businesses with confidence. His journey started on the other side of the table, owning and operating a restaurant of his own. After building it from the ground up and eventually selling it, Kye saw firsthand how difficult and emotional the process can be. That experience sparked his mission to help others avoid the same mistakes and exit on their own terms.
