Peter Iglesias is a seasoned CPG executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of industry experience in the wine and spirits industry. Celebrated for innovative, agile leadership, he has guided sustainable growth across operations, sales and marketing, building performance with a long-term, legacy-first mindset. Throughout his career, Iglesias has led major organizations in top executive roles, including CEO of Bespoken Spirits and COO of DeKuyper Royal Dutch Distillers. In these positions, he transformed performance, launched iconic brands and built high-performing teams. At Bespoken Spirits, he raised approximately $21 million in capital, oversaw the development of a distillery and helped commercialize innovative whiskey-aging technology. Today, he serves as president and COO of Kintsugi Sake USA, where he has helped launch premium sake brands and establish national distribution. He is also the founder and CEO of the Men on a Mission Foundation and host of the Men on a Mission Podcast, advancing men's mental health awareness and suicide prevention through honest, impactful conversations. He is the author of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," a book exploring resilience, faith and finding purpose beyond professional success.
