Erika London is the Founder and CEO of SimpleVenue, a hospitality platform transforming experiential dining through innovative concepts including Sushi by Bou, Omakaseed, Wagyu Room, and Fins & Scales. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Erika specializes in building and scaling unique hospitality brands. Under her leadership, Sushi by Bou has expanded to more than 20 locations nationwide, earning recognition on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list and as a Nation's Restaurant News Hot Concept. Erika was also named a finalist for the 2026 Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Previously, she co-founded cityMANI, a mobile beauty platform later acquired by Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. An NYU graduate and New York native, Erika now resides in South Florida with her husband and three children.
