Ep. 39 - Kevin Kravitz – Stretch Zone

Kevin was born in Cleveland, Ohio with his twin brother. He participated and excelled in basketball, wrestling, and cross country running in high school, and attended the Ohio State University majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.

After graduation, he made the decision to pick up his talents and bring them to South Florida to join his brother and escape the cold. Once in Florida, he attended Dr. Anthony Abbott's Fitness Institute and subsequently attained the top professional certifications ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

After 25 years as a fitness trainer, Kevin familiarized clients with cutting edge products as a medical liaison for Relax the Back. Kevin now leads cutting-edge modality of practitioner-assisted stretching at Stretch Zone in Boca Raton. Rooted in personal therapy research, Stretch Zone comfortably uses a patented strap system to isolate muscle groups and give clients a deep, full-body stretch.
