Chris Houghtaling is CEO of RaiseLink, a KaaS Fintech and community startup revolutionizing how startups and entrepreneurs are matched with resources (i.e., accelerators/incubators, corporations, investors). Chris' started his career turning around and building sales teams in the pharmaceutical, technology, and travel & tourism industries then built a strategy and business development consulting firm for Global 200 organizations.Recognizing the power of helping others perform above their own expectations, Chris has focused on giving back: as a professor at five international universities, working with the World Bank's Pioneers of the Balkans to help build the former Yugoslavia's entrepreneurship culture, CMO of the startup/investor matching platform DealMatrix, expanding the European Super Angels Club across Europe, and has been a mentor and judge at pitching competitions around the world. Chris is also a mentor for the Venture Mentoring Team and the Founder's Institute, helps startups looking to soft-land on another continent, and is a member of the Programming and Selection Committee at the Alan B. Levan Center of Innovation at NSU.

Pete Martinez is President of RaiseLink a FinTech platform for advanced investor-startup matching, engagement, and related services. An international entrepreneur, he has led numerous high impact initiatives in the areas of high technology, business consulting, healthcare, and education. Martinez is a 32 year veteran of IBM, where he was Vice President of Global Business Services and Senior Executive for IBM South Florida. He is also a research affiliate at MIT, and visiting professor at Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University. With over 30 patents and publications he is a frequent international speaker while consulting to leading edge companies. He is a graduate of the University of Miami College of Engineering and past Chairman of the Florida Research Consortium.June 22, 2007 was proclaimed 'Pete Martinez Day' by the City of Boca Raton.
