Christopher H. Baum is the Chief Compliance Officer at VotRite, bringing over 30 years of expertise in election technology and IT analysis. He has advised multiple states on election regulation, testified before Congress in support of the Help America Vote Act, and authored more than 90 Gartner reports on voting technology. At VotRite, he oversees certification and election integrity, helping advance secure, innovative, and accessible voting solutions nationwide.
