As an organizational leader, he has assembled and successfully led numerous high- performance management teams. With multiple successes in start-ups, turnarounds, IPOs, and growth equity exits encompassing digital media, programmatic advertising, and the mobile app ecosystem, he has been a key participant in shaping the digital media ecosystem, and has a deep, rich history of raising capital and providing successful exists to investors, employees, and acquirers. He has also been a board director for numerous public and private companies, as well as non-profits. A frequent commentator on interactive marketing and operating strategies, Mr. Otremba has presented to such events as the Forbes CFO Conference, The Economist Conference, the Business Week, Internet World, Digital Hollywood, AlwaysOn, and AdTech Conferences, and has appeared on CNN and CNBC, and served on the executive board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
