Boca Raton Episode 67 – Maximo Cortese – Co-Founder of The Poke Company

Maximo Cortese is currently the CEO of Oxmyx Hospitality Group in Boca Raton where he focuses on the operations, franchising, and business development aspects of The Poke Company brand expansion. Cortese is a long-time Boca Raton native, an alumni of both Boca Raton High School as well as Florida Atlantic University. Upon graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Cortese co-founded The Poke Company in Boca Raton. The fast-casual and recently franchised restaurant currently has 4 open locations and multiple signed to open in the near future.
