The founder and principal consultant of Fire Up Innovation Consulting, she is a sought-after speaker on design thinking and creativity, and has a background in creative problem-solving and design thinking. She guides Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and non-profits to understand innovation, create innovative new products and services, build effective teams, and support a user-centered culture. She is also a coach for the Haas School of Business.
