Cleaning House and Cashing In: Edwin Eaton's Janitorial Journey

After graduating, he ventured into Hospitality Management, but destiny led him back to his hometown of Wenatchee, Washington. In 2005, he partnered with his college roommate's uncle in the janitorial business, eventually paving his own way and founding iPro Building Services in 2013.

Fast forward to today, iPro celebrates its 10th anniversary with over 150 employees, and just last month, it earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking 2385 nationally and 35th in Washington State, showcasing an impressive 231% growth over three years.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Edwin also founded BluePrint Janitorial Consulting in 2019, and this year, launched Cinch-Janitorial Software. Edwin, welcome to the show!
