Horsepower to Heart: Leadership Unbridled

Marnye Langer serves as the President and CEO of The Langer Group and its various holdings all specializing in different aspects of the equestrian industry. Event management, consulting, equestrian center operation, marketing and media, a riding school, and an insurance agency comprise the diversity and depth of The Langer Group.

In addition to her responsibilities to The Langer Group, Marnye is active in the competition arena in show jumping, ranch riding, reining, and dressage. She is a United States Equestrian Federation licensed judge, and is involved in sport governance locally and nationally. She is also a published author and has won five national journalism awards.

In the insurance field, Marnye earned CIC, AFIS, and CPRM designations and is honored to be part of the IRMI teaching team.
