Stacy Luckensmeyer / Entrepreneur & Professional EOS Implementer

Initially, Stacy's goals never included entrepreneurship, but life had other plans, and she has successfully started and sold, bought and sold, and even started and failed in multiple ventures. She sold her "last" business and retired at 36 but quickly realized that she needed more challenging work in her day-to-day life. Since then, she has focused on helping other entrepreneurs develop strong and successful companies across Washington state and the US.

After her short retirement, she spent 7 years running the Center for Entrepreneurship at Wenatchee Valley College where she worked directly with over 600 different businesses of all sizes and industries, from startups to those with over 5,000 employees. She also represented WVC in local and regional economic development projects, including establishing and growing a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem in central Washington. Now, she works with entrepreneurs and leadership teams across the country who want to get more out of their business, focusing on three things:

· Vision: Getting everyone in their organization on the same page with where they're going and how they're going to get there.

· Traction: Instilling discipline and accountability throughout the organization so people are executing on the company's vision at every level and in every position.

· Healthy: Helping leadership teams become a healthy, functional, cohesive group of people who enjoy working together.

Regardless of the size of a business or the industry in which they compete, Stacy works with a commitment to growth, to helping first, and to doing the right thing at the right time for the right reasons.
