Claudine Miles, M. Ed. / Co-Founder & CEO of Restore More
Claudine Miles,
originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, holds an English Degree from
Hampton University, and an Educational Leadership degree from Georgia State
University. As a proud TFA alum her work started at KIPP WAYS ACADEMY, a Title
I. public charter in Atlanta. During her 10 years there, she served in several
roles including: 6th grade Science Teacher, Grade Level
Chair, Gifted Coordinator, Upper School Dean, and Dean of Restorative Practices.
She's won Teacher of the year and led her school to winning Charter School of
The Year in 2016.
Restore More was created in 2017 as a result of Claudine experiencing burnout from the systemic challenges and the weight of working in the public school system. An Assistant Principal at the time, she went to her trusted friend and partner in education, Kimberlie Milton to share a dream of 'restoring' the educational system by offering professional development, student curriculums, and parent support services to help school leaders focus on what really matters the most. These wrap-around services are rooted in building capacity through restorative practices, anti-racist training, teacher wellness and social emotional learning.
Over the past five years, Restore More has trained 17,000 parents, 20,000 teachers, & impacted 120,000 students to overcome behavioral challenges, while teaching them to take better care of themselves.
